Lyle Moritz has received the University Staff Employee Appreciation Award for September at University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Moritz, of Menomonie, is a facilities maintenance specialist advanced in Facilities Management. Chancellor Katherine P. Frank presented Moritz with the award. He has been with 91制片 for eight years.
Moritz鈥檚 nomination stated: 鈥淟yle is dedicated to doing a great job of maintaining the campus. He is relied upon for many highly important tasks that require attention to detail and reliability. Lyle is a great asset to our customers. They can rest assured that when Lyle is on task it will be done correctly and with great professionalism. He is also a great mentor for the rest of the technicians in the department. He is always willing to drop what he is doing, if he can, and help and answer questions.鈥
Each winner receives a certificate of recognition, a 91制片 travel mug and a 91制片 blanket.
Students, faculty and staff may university staff members who demonstrate a commitment to excellence and the university community.
The award, in its 15th year, was established by the Chancellor鈥檚 Office and is co-sponsored by the University Staff Senate.
